1. How will i know when my order is confirmed and shipped?
Once you checkout successfully from the checkout page and place an order with us, we will send you e -mails regarding the confirmation of your order, shipping details, tracking no, time of delivery etc.
2.What is Buddha Herbal's shipping policy?
We ship our products all over India and to Countries such as USA, UK, Canada, Australia, New Zealand,UAE, Oman,Kuwait,South Africa,Kenya,Tanzania and Mauritius.
We use DTDC International Shipping for shipping to all these Countries.
In India, we offer free shipping. Regarding other Countries the shipping rates vary depending upon the Country and the product weight. The shipping charges are given at the time of check out and consumers will know about this before making payments. You can choose your residing Country from the available Country list at the time of filling up your order form and make payment accordingly during checkout.
Purchases are shipped from our offices Via DTDC International. Please allow the following number of days since placing your order.
For domestic - 1 to 20 business days
For international – 1-25 business days.
Order deliveries will be made between 9am - 6pm Monday – Saturday.
Goods will need to be signed for upon delivery.
What is your return policy?
Buddha Herbals returns policy gives you an option to return all Items purchased on Buddhanaturalbeautyproducts.com for any reason within 30 days from the date of delivery.
Our Return window is 30 days from the date of delivery.
4.How long will it take to process returns ?
The returns will be processed within 2 business days once the return request is placed.
If you wish to return any products purchased on Buddhanaturalbeautyprodcuts.com, for whatever reason, kindly place a return request mentioning the order number via our email buddhaherbals90@gmail.com or via our customer care number/ Phone/WhatsApp +91 9539668595 and we will make sure that we will respond and make arrangements for the return, within 2 business days.
Returned products must be unused and should be send back to us within 30 business days with all original packaging and tags that they were shipped with.
Returns will be picked from the same address where the product is delivered.
There are two ways to return the product.
i. Pick up: In most locations, we offer a free pick up service. We will arrange a pickup when you submit a return request. During Pick up, our delivery agent may do a quality check on the return. For a successful pick up, we will initiate a doorstep refund for the returned product amount. Also, the returned product should include a receipt or proof of purchase.
ii.Self-Ship:This is applicable during the rare circumstance that we coudn't offer a pick up at your location. In such cases, we will print shipping labels on behalf of you and will send it to you. Then you can send the product back to our return centers located nearest to you. Also,Please don't forget to include a copy of the purchase receipt with the package.

What should I do if the product arrives damaged?
If the product arrives damaged or in unusable condition to you, please send a photograph of the product, once it is opened to, buddhaherbals90@gmail.com or WhatsApp +91 9539668595, and we will replace the product free of cost.
Customer Return fee.
For product's shipped inside India, our Customer returns is entirely free of cost. Outside India, we will refund the entire product cost for the returned products; but, unfortunately, shipping costs charged for DTDC International shipping cannot be refunded by us.
However,In the case of International purchase also, if the product has arrived damaged, and the photos you've send to our customer care email buddhaherbals90@gmail.com or WhatsApp No:+91 9539668595 proves as such, you can send the damaged product,with the original packaging and tags, to our specific return center located in your Country, using the shipping labels send by us, and we will arrange fresh delivery of the same unused product, free of cost in your address.

How long will it take to process the refund?
Buddhanaturalbeautyproducts.com initiates the refund, within 2 business days, upon successful return pick up, or after the returned item has reached us ( in case of self shipping by the customer) and the item has passed the quality check.
How long would it take me to receive the refund of the returned product?
After the refund has been initiated by Buddha Herbals as per the Returns Policy and Refund policy, the refund amount is expected to reflect in the customer account within 2 business days post refund initiation.
Kindly note that in case of International shipments,as per our refund policy, we can refund the cost of the product you've paid to us but NOT THE SHIPPING CHARGES you've paid for DTDC INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING.
