How will i know when my order is confirmed and shipped?

 

Once you checkout successfully from the checkout page and place an order with us, we will send you  e -mails  regarding the confirmation of your order, shipping details, tracking no, time of delivery etc.

 

What is your return policy?

 

We want you to have complete peace of mind when buying products from Buddha Herbals. We understand that a lot of you may be buying from us for the first time, and might have concerns around purchasing products you may not be sure of. Our returns policy guidelines take care of all that. Read on to know more (we want you to know we value you and that's why there's absolutely no "fine print"!)

 

What can I return?

 

 We do not except return of our products like hair oils, face oils, face packs, massage oils etc.In case any product is received in a damaged condition, please email us an image of the damaged product at buddhaherbals@hotmail.com & we will replace it free of cost. Returned products must be unused and returned with all original packaging and tags that they were shipped with.

Our Quality Assurance team will take the final call on whether to approve or reject a return.

The refund amount on a successful return will be credited to you in the form of Buddha Herbals cashback account on Buddhanaturalorganicproducts.com. The credit would not be transferrable and would be usable only on your user ID on Buddhanaturalorganicproducts.com.

 No exchange or replacement requests will be serviced. Given the seasonal nature of the products we sell, it is not possible for us to maintain stock for all product types sold over the trailing 30 day period. Therefore, we urge you to kindly place a fresh order on our system using the refund coupon issued to you on successful return.

 You will have to ship the item to be returned at your own cost.

How long will the entire process take?

 You would have to ship the product back on your own; the delivery time would depend on your chosen courier.

 From the time that we receive your returns, your returns would be processed; our Quality assurance team will inspect the product, and if passed, the refund will be credited to your Buddhanaturalorganicproducts.com   cash back account within 7 working days.

 How will I be refunded for the return?

 

On successful processing refund, the refund amount of item would be credited to your Buddhanaturalorganicproducts cash back account. You would be able to use this credit on any of your subsequent purchases on Buddhanaturaslorganicproducts.com.

 

What is your shipping policy?

Purchases are shipped from our offices by courier. Please allow following number of days from receipt of your order.

For domestic - 7 to 14 business days

For international – 20-25 business days( Depending upon the customs clearance. )

Order deliveries will be made between 9am - 5pm Monday – Friday.

Goods will need to be signed for upon delivery. If you cannot be there to sign for your delivery please suggest an alternative i.e. a family member, colleague, neighbour, etc.

Buddha Herbals takes no responsibility for goods signed by an alternative person.

Buddha Herbals is not responsible for damage after delivery. All claims for shortages or damages must be reported to customer service on the day of delivery.

Shipping and handling rates may vary based on product, packaging, size, volume, type and other considerations. The shipping and handling charges are given at the time of check out and consumers will know about this before making payments
